 | Center for Vascular and Inflammatory Diseases of the UMB School of Medicine is advancing current knowledge in the field of cardiovascular and inflammatory diseases such as heart attack, stroke, diabetes, hypertension, rheumatoid arthritis and autoimmune diseases. CVID was established in 2005 with faculty and staff from the former American Red Cross Holland Labs.
